A. Website and sign-up list
1. Who handles your data
Controller: Oliver Kumpulainen, a private individual. Werwit is not yet a company. Contact: [email protected].
2. When you visit the site
The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other servers: fonts and images come from the same server as the page. The hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Inc.) processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser details and request time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t build per-visitor reports from it.
3. When you sign up for the test

We collect nothing else: no location, no images, no payment details. The form works without cookies. Giving the data is voluntary; without an email address we can’t invite you. The list is for adults, because we invite people from it to tests.
4. Who receives the data

Emails are sent by hand from the controller’s own address. We don’t sell the list, share it with anyone or use it for advertising.
5. Your rights
- Withdraw consent at any time: reply to our email or write to [email protected]. We remove you from the list within 7 days.
- Get a copy of your data (also in a machine-readable format), correct it, restrict or object to its processing. We reply to requests within one month.
- Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect what was done before it. We make no automated decisions about you.
B. App test (prototype)
The privacy notice for the in-person app test is given to testers before the test. It is in Finnish because the test is held in Finland: Tietosuojaseloste, osa B.
